The Recreational Program offers gymnastics instruction to girls and boys from 18 months to 18 years old. All levels are taught from beginner through advanced on tumbling, balance beam, uneven bars, mini-tramp and trampoline. Over sixty classes are offered six days a week; morning, afternoons and evenings. The recreational coaches share the common bond of the love of gymnastics and a desire to help students learn and achieve their goals.

How to Register
+ Choose a class. View the class descriptions to decide which class is best for you!
+ Print out our registration form
+ Fill it out and mail it (or drop it off) with payment to

+ Classes fill quickly! Please call 701-280-0400 to see which classes are available.
+ Prices are for an eight class session.
+ With our enrollment over 1,200, we are unable to send registration confirmations. We will only contact you if there is a problem with your first choice. If you do not hear from
us, please show up the first day at your first choice time.
