American Gold Gymnastics is excited to announce their tenth annual Stars & Stripes Summer Camp to be hosted the first full week of August 2024 in Fargo, ND.  Our goal is to offer a camp opportunity in the Upper Midwest fostering a positive, encouraging and exciting environment filled with high-quality gymnastics instruction and advanced-level skills, drills and techniques.

Again this year, due to interest and demand, we're splitting the first week in August into two camp sections:

Our first offering, the traditional 4-day camp experience, will be held August 5-8 (Monday-Thursday) for female gymnasts only, and is recommended for (but not limited to) athletes with Level 5 and/or Xcel Platinum Competitive Experience and up (athletes who have already mastered handspring vaults, kips, circling elements, round-off back handspring back tuck, and walkovers on the beam).

Our second offering, a  3-day camp experience, will be held August 9-11 (Friday-Sunday) and will be open to male athletes of all levels and is recommended for female athletes who are training at a pre-team/developmental teams level up to Level 5/Xcel Platinum.

Please note: In an effort to provide the absolute best camp experience for all who join us, we've made skill level-based camp recommendations for female athletes -- however, both the 4-day and 3-day camp experiences are open to all!

Stars & Stripes Camps are open to both athletes who call AGG home and visiting athletes alike. Feel free to share camp information and registration details with your gymnastics friends and family. We are excited to host gymnasts from all over the upper midwest (and beyond)!
