Off Season Gymnastics Training
American Gold Gymnastics offers High School Pre Season, Post Season, and Summer Off Season Training classes run by AGG staff.
- Off Season Training is open to any High School Gymnast wanting to maintain or upgrade their gymnastics skills outside of their respective school competition season.
- Pre-Season Sessions: September & October
- Post-Season Sessions: Mid March-Mid April & Mid April-Mid May
- Summer-Sessions: June & July
- Skills Camps- Various Dates through Summer

In Season Gymnastics
Fargo North, Fargo South, and Davies practice and host their home meets during their regular season with their respective staff at the High School Training Center at American Gold.
Moorhead practices and hosts their home meets during their regular season with their respective staff at Moorhead High School.
